Just opened the table when this hand comes, so no information about opponents. I know I could have bet more on the flop but it was soooo dry. Anyway, what do you do on the turn and river ? $0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem 6 players Converted at weaktight.com Stacks:
Pre-flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is UTG+1 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.75, 3 folds, BB calls $1.25 Flop: ($3.75, 2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $2.70, BB calls $2.70 Turn: ($9.15, 2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $6.90, BB raises to $13.80, $6.9 to Hero ($38.4)? |

I would call and see what he does on the river. If a face card comes and he shoves, I would definitely fold. If a low card comes and he shoves I would probably have to call, since he could show up with a worse overpair. Not going to be happy about it. If he gives us a cheap showdown I would like that. I don't like a shove here, because it's only getting called by like JJ-QQ, sets and maybe like A2 or something, and we are pretty bad against that range, something like 37% equity. That also assumes he calls preflop with JJ and QQ; if you take those out we are toast. S. Weblin |
