Unhappy 1/2 PLO Weak Boat vs Fish

I feel like I absolutely massacred this hand considering reads

3 Handed on Merge. AFAIK, non of these players have a clue (I don't usually play 1/2, only jumped in because I saw a spot).

A few hands ago, I saw BTN peel naked QQ53 to a 3bet in the SB to a BB 3bet, A83 went check-check, A turn brings flush draw went check-bet-call with naked QQ, and river went check check. I had Kings with a flush draw on the turn. From that, and other pots, players here seem typical Omaha donks and have a bad idea of RIO or hand value.

SB: Hero: A5ccK3dd 300~
BB: 190~
BTN: 210

BTN Raise, I chose to flat. BB folds.

I think pre is good. I have the low draw (kk I know this isn't O8, but it's a straight) and two flush draws, and from what I've seen these players do not put a lot of pressure and play fairly poorly. This call is semi standard considering this. Comments would be cool. If I were BB vs SB, I'd call 100%.

flop is: 385r

bets 12 into 16, I check/call.

Turn comes 3h bringing fd.

He bets 26 into 40. I tank and check/call.

River is an 8. I check and he checks behind.

I'll show results later, but obviously, considering his check back, I lost a LOT of value. I think I could've raised turn. Sure my boat is weak but they MAY call with draws or overpairs or trips, considering history (I've been very aggro I forgot to mention, mostly due to getting hands/flopping well), but another line I wanted to go for is donking the river, since he may have 8x with draw a lot and he's going to check back sometimes (doubt it...? Good players, sure...), and in fact I can donk pretty happily, and since draws have missed he'll even call me with overpairs sometimes, 3 handed and with image. My hand is obv not strong enough to check-raise, and I think I'm happy with a bet/fold.

So pot is like $26 + $26 + $40 = $92

Your hand is prolly good there. Considering he fires Flop + Turn, I am almost inclined to believe he doesn't really have a draw but something like an overpair. Btw did the 8 other than double pairing the board complete any flush?

I think you should bet something like $25 - $30 into the pot and fold to a shove.

1) It sets you up in the future, lets say you have the immortal nuts, assuming he calls and sees your hand you'll show a pretty good hand (not the nuts) so next time he might be inclined to shove with better hands when you can bet the nuts or even get away with cheap bluffs

2) It gets value from hands liike an overpair there which check behind most rivers. You just bet small more like a blocker bet than anything.
