I know i should relax but i was playing really well the whole day (i had the day of at work) and was playing together with a forum member on cake. I saw this donkey on a 50NL table and decided to join. I dont have the HH history but this is how the first hand at 50NL went:
me: 54o in BB
1 limper and i check
flop = J54
I bet pot, he minraises, I 3-bet, he calls
turn = 9
I bet full pot , he calls
river = a fkn J
i check, he bets small like 1/5 pot , i call
he shows QQ

me= sigh, first hand back at 50NL (mxrider probalby has the HH)

I immediatly stopped at 50NL but things took a wrong turn at 20NL also. People cracked my aces 2x , i flop A97 with AK while villain has 99, all in with AQ on Axx board while villain has JJ but hits runner runner flush and a couple more coolers/bad beats

thats now the second time i lose with KK in again 30 hands. First one was an Ace on the flop and i couldnt lay down. omg what is happening

Full-on cooler downswing. Whatever you do, DON'T PANIC!

But you will anyway, since I assume you're human. Just go exercise, relax anyway possible, get some fresh perspective, just don't obsess about money that you should have or deserve to have. It'll only make you play like you got it coming which usually leads to bad decisions.
