Default Beating 10NL

Ok so you all know from one of the last posts I did about how I donked my roll all the way down to $200. When my roll was at $400 I refused to drop down to 10NL, just too many donks playing ATC was my thinking. Well when I hit $200 I was forced to drop afraid I would go broke.

One week ago started at $200
Today I am at $342
I have approximately $70 coming in rakeback

It appears I will be back at 25NL by the middle of january and will hopefully progress to
50NL with as much ease as I did here.

Good luck to you all and have a blessed Christmas

yes I do!!!! I still get sucked out on... but I dont mind as long as my money got in ahead... If they hit a 3 outer whatever. Its so much easier to not worry about it when you are playing so many tables. I could care less playing 12 tables if I get sucked out on, on one table and I stack someone on the other. Pretty much either balances out or tips in my favor.

i think the way to become a successful poker player is to see getting ur money in good as a victory and not the outcome itself

I admit at times it is hard to do this and playing more tables does certainly help =p

I have the same problem... I had to go almost busto when I first went to NL25 before I realised I wasn't beating that yet. I had been playing only for a month NL10 but I made 20 buy-ins (plus rakeback) in that time. I know I had a very bad luck starting at NL25, but it took me 20k hands and -250 euros to believe that I wasn't ready for that yet.

A month (and pokertrikz videos [and few cardrunner ones seen @ friend's]) later I went back and now I know I am beating that limit.

It really is hard to go back in limits, at least for me. Moving to NL50 I'm planning to play 2 tables of NL50 and 4 tables of NL25 first, so even if I lose in fifty I'm not losing overall...
