Badbeat from the fish

I have a feeling pokerstars likes to return money to the fish because i hit quads like twice in 3 hands and took a little money off this one horrible calling station. but then i get the worst beat. Micro 5/10 game i raise UTG with $20 holding (AcKc) to .60 and i get called by the CO with $14 holding (8s6d). So the guy is already an idiot to be in the pot.

I bet out pot and he calls. Another horrible play on his part.

I bet out just a little over the pot and get called again by the fish.

i check it expecting a check back and he bets like 1/2 the pot and i just call and see the bad news.

anyway i could have avoided this?

Just ridiculous how i sit there grinding forever and in one hand some idiot playing horrible can just get so lucky. Some times i swear if you hit a few big hands pokerstars sets you up for bad beats to get you back.

no offense, but to be honest, this isn't too much of a bad beat. there's no way you could have avoided the result; in fact you don't want to avoid it, because you love him calling a preflop raise and 2 streets with 3rd pair on an A high board to an UTG raiser. it may feel like the site is conspiring against you, but it's just variance, so take a little break, and then get back to the grind.

I would also suggest using a hand converter, and posting hands you have questions on in the micro section instead of the brags and beats one. you'll get more attention and better answers to your questions.
