If he keeps on running like that, he should quit poker as he'd have a bright future ahead as a roulette or lottery professional.

EDIT:
On the other hand, there are people capable of sustaining something like 10ptbb/100 (that's 20bb/100 on HEM) winrate on micros. But if he keeps on running like that, he shouldn't even considering playing anything less than NL100.

For example, Dusty Schmidt had about 8bb/100 over 300k hands in NL1000:

(at least NL1000 was mentioned as his primary game on some forums where I found that graph from)

He's comments on this graph:

"This year has been quite different. As I mentioned, January and February went great, but since then I have just been on one rollercoaster after another and I just get the overall feeling like I can do no right."

"But in all seriousness, I just am not even remotely proud of pretty much anything that I have accomplished at the tables this year. It has honestly been very disappointing. I’ve said it many times throughout the year, but I just can’t get any momentum. Anytime anything good happens for a little while, disaster strikes."

That's even more epic imo.
