you can't do anything. just realize that luck/variance is a huge part of poker, especially tournament poker. if you can't deal with it well then you should a) take a break and re-evaluate your game/your outlook, or b) switch to cash games. if neither of those sounds appealing then idk what to tell u. also plz don't make a post every time you take a bad beat; if we all did that then some of us would have over 5,000 posts easily

Yeah, I too think dansieks suggestion would be to extrem somehow. Just stopping to play poker would do the trick too.

I didn't read the HH tbh. OP, if you intend to post more of your lame bad beats, pls use a hand converter, I will then at least read your posts.

OK, so I read your hand history just b/c of couriosity.
Again you played this hand pretty bad. Your oppponent got decent odds with a playable hand preflop, because your raisesize is so stupid and on the flop he called way too loose, but this mistake is minor EV-wise.
So overall I'd suggest you to work on your basic understanding of tournament play.

As for the correct line in this hand: shove preflop
As played check behind flop, because you overbet the pot with a shove and turn it into a bluff. You only get called by an ace, combodraws with decent equity or seldom from loose players with a blank FD and good equity. If you check you will at least induce bluffs and can get it in with better equity on the turn.

Ok, merged all these threads. Let's chill out on all the bad beat threads with thread titles that make my forum look like it's full of retarded monkeys.
