well u played that hand just about as well as you could have, but thats the danger with AKo, its a drawing hand and your only going to hit the flop 35% of the time.... its just variance.... keep playing and things will even out.... how many times have you drawn out on other hands....

you probably need some help with tilting issues....

Yes I think that’s true I do need to look at books about tilt (and I will). I also think that I just didn’t get that it’s a long term thing. So I lived in the moment. I could play 2/5 cent and 10/25c rooms for months on 20 bucks.( collecting 2 t-shirts and a hat) SO now I just need to start thinking more about I am doing the right things and in the long run It should work out. Thank you for your input. Another thing I did but not right was trying to think of what they could have I would so many times just give up because I thought they had better so I would not bet for value. I have learned a lot from this site and I’m happy to tell anyone to come here to learn poker

Thank you again for this. I have not finished everything but it has helped my game. also I posted a hand in 2 + 2 and someone said "embrace variance" since then I have got rakebake, and I have now grinded my way up to $137.67 from a $30.00 buy in (also thanks to the FTP bonus that I have cleared $60/$100 !!! I am in a dif. mind set all together and I love it !!! like I have not tilt in I dont even know how long. and in the last three days I have played 6500 hands at .2/.5 rush full ring and some .2/.5 non rush full ring and made $ 25.00 ( I know it dont seem like much 6500 = $25.00 but it was rush and I had 4 tables going) - I got poker traker now so I can see how many hands I play and wow 6500 in 3 days. lots of suckouts on me but "Embrace Variance" is what I did and I am moving on up !!!.

believe me going on tilt enough will either make you quit poker all together or it will make you better in the long run. Its all a learning curve that we all have to get
