Default I keep coming across this situation & keep paying villains off

This may not be the right forum for this but close enough. A very similar type of hand to this has happened a couple of times before. After the hand, each time I tell myself that that should have been an easy laydown & that I will lay it down next time. But I keep doing it. What I have started to do to to get myself to properly react to a raise is that when I bet on the river, I say aloud, "ok, we are going to lay it down to a raise." Hopefully that is going to help me to not keep paying off these villains.

I guess the example below is maybe not the best example in the world because it was heads up but in 6 max same sorta thing has happens, sometimes a bigger raise on the river.

I guess what went through my head when I was playing this hand is that I am getting such good odds to call. IN hindsight, I don't think you are good even that small percentage of the time. 50NLers are passive.

Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (2 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (BB) ($50.05)
SB ($29.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 3:heart:, 6:club:
SB calls $0.25, Hero bets $1, SB calls $0.50

Flop: ($2) 3:diamond:, A:heart:, 3:spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $1, SB calls $1

Turn: ($4) 5:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $3, SB calls $3

River: ($10) 10:spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $7, SB raises to $14, Hero calls $7

Total pot: $38

Villain shows A3s

Yeah... Minraise on the turn after calldown is a monster. Minraise on the river after calldown is the nuts.

I guess the SB and BB are mixed up in the HH?

Thanks, I think it is fixed now. That hand history converter did not do it right.

Here it is more of a cooler than some of the other times I have leaked. However, I still don't think it is a cooler here. There is just almost nothing that we are beating except for a weaker trips. He could easily have pocket 5s. There shouldn't be any aces in his range that would do this.

min raise on the river is the nuts. I think that this is always a 3 & so we are always out kicked.
