Smile So.. the guy on my left....

This is in a cap game, cap is 30 BB. (1 cent; 2 cents tables)

Second hand I'm dealt at the table, I get pocket Kings (in SB). I guess the very nice guy on my left thought I was trying to steal when I raised for 3BB so he shoves with A9o.

Then, one orbit later, I get pocket Aces in SB again. Same thing, I raise, he shoves... He had A4s this time.

Then, the very next hand, I get Aces again . And... guess what? He shoves my raise, with A9o...

I wish I was running good like that all the time.

Anyway, it seemed like a good story for a first post on the site!

Hi, welcome here)

BTW, could anyone explain me clearly what's the point of playing capped games? The only reason I see is you want to play shortstacked but do not want to change table when you doubleup

But I like my little training wheels

Honestly, I was playing cap because I started out not long ago and was still learning a lot of the basics, and I didn't feel comfortable losing a full buy-in. (I know, I know, 2 bucks....) So, I'd rather play cap and not worry about it at the time.

But now I'm starting to play the NL. It is a lot more fun
