I have the nuts and I get disconnected FU

For some reason the stupid software (not a connection problem on my end) disconnects me just after I played a flop where I was 2nd of 3 (or 4 can't remember) to act and I bet/3bet KK on Kxx 2 tone. Turn was a blank & I only have a half pot sized bet left so I shoved & somehow it didn't shove before I got disconnected even though I hit the button. I am emailing them about this because this is just completely absurd . So it was an $80 pot and I know the villain would have called my $37 shove. There is really no other hand that he could have except for the flush draw IMO. Instead, it sat me out, and shows the other players & I know that guy would just bet $1 and it would instafold me. The flush draw would only have like 15% equity b/c he needs a flush card that wont pair the board.

I had a hand on pokerstars where I 3bet with KK and got called and saw a Jxx 2tone flop and it disconnected me.
The weird thing is I only got disconnected from that table and my other 3 tables were running fine.

I sent a mail to support & they said it wasn't their servers, so it was on my end somehow... good thing it only cost me my 3bet though oh also the other guy ended up betting 2$ or something so I knew I wasn't going to win much anyway.

I played an omaha hand about 3 days ago where dude bet turn with a potsize bet leaving like $6 behind in a $100 pot... I noticed he disconnected so I shoved the rest in and counted the 90 second Full Tilt timer down...

Yea, I know that is what they are going to say. I hit the bet button but it missed I guess by a second. I did not snap shove but if I would have, I guess it may have been on time.

Do any of you other players have problems with disconnects on Players Only? It has been an ongoing problem. It doesn't seeem to happen with Cake. I wonder if there is anything from a technical standpoint that I can do on my end. I am running Vista/ ESET NOD32 Anitvirus 4 / N() |-| /\ R |) \/\/ /\ R E F | R E \/\/ /\ LL (but will probably get one really soon- suggestions for ones that work bet with poker software?).
