Default Super Brag Time! (ty mallongranny)

I won 813$ today from this guy (hes a reg) at 50NL HU.

The past few days and last 2 months havent been too bad for me either!

My roll is at 3k now, so I'm going to be taking shots at 100NL. I wanted to wait & play some more hands at 50NL just to be sure I beat it... Dont think thats necessary anymore

Congratulations!

PS.
Please edit his screenname away from your message (text)... You don't want him googling his screenname and seeing this. You don't want to discourage those guys from playing poker. He seems like a regular but still... it's not nice for him.

oh yeah good point... how do I change title, though?

edit: oh another mini-brag: I ordered playstation 3 with FPPs and should arrive in 2-3 weeks + I withdrew 300$ yesterday so my roll should be at 3.3k + 37k FPPs if I didnt

He doesn't seem like a reg at all; how did you get him to keep giving you action? People always quit me after 3 or 4 buyins, if that...VN

We were 2 tabling and early in the session I made 2 smallish mistakes.
1) I got it in light on flop and runner-runner'd a fullhouse vs his flopped nuts. (where I shouldve just called & got it in on turn)

2) where I shouldve bluffraised the turn instead of double float (with air) and hit a pair on the river so checked down my SD value and was good vs his missed draw.
he was like "wtf? are you drunk?".

So after those 2 hands, and me failing a check/shove on a T8Xs board with QJ in a 3bet pot (he had been 3Betting a lot as was I), he took me for a huge spazz/aggro fish and played accordingly during the whole session always complaining about how lucky I was.

Which means he was barreling high cards, check/folding bricks, checking back flops for potcontrol with 2nd pair (and then betting turn with 2nd P good kicker) and worse made hands, cbetting all his air and TP+ hands, rarely if ever bluffraising turn or river and always valuebetting TP+ on river while check/calling weaker hands.
He also had glaring betsizing tells, mainly cause he didnt see me as a thinking player who could read hands, let alone betsize!
He would for example bet <2/3 pot on river whenever he was valuebetting "thin" (in his mind), and rarely bet pot or more with less than very strongish hand.

Which means I adjusted by overbet bluffing turn + river early in the match after he checked back flop & then once he hero called one, I started overbetting for value with TP+ and in some hands even second pair AND I also found some very easy herocalls on river in spots where he either checked back flop or turn and then only repped a rivered 2pair+ (without TP or second pair in it) or a bluff on the river with a big bet.

all of this obviously reinforced his belief that I was a huge spazzy/fishy that was just running very good.

hey just thought id say hello. just checked ptr and it seems ur losing bad. but at least uv dropped down to 0.01/0.02 cent, im sure with all that insight ul be able to crush. It tilts me no end to lose to fish which is why i managed to drop so many buy ins in our match. That and the fact that 50nl is pretty meaningless to me. I play mainly on full tilt as Mallonag. Been crushing for 10pt/bb for about 150000 hands at 100nl now so managed to recover from the little beating i got. Its all about winning the war not the battle. Maybe if you were a little less arrogant you would be able to sustain some sort of winrate at 50nl. Good luck at the micros
