Default Hands that Tilt me hard...

FlopTurnRiver doesnt work if I copy the handhistory...what am I doing wrong? Could it be the German language?

Anyway, this is a typical hand that often makes me instant closing all tables before kicking my laptop out of the window (I try to work on my Not-To-Tilt-Skills, which are pretty poor so far)...
what sucks most is the fact, that I get so many beats like this in the last 6 month that it's almost impossible for me to grind or get more than 3 or 4 winning seesions in a row. I have plenty 1h sessions where I got my money in like 5 times on 70%+ situations and managed to loose all the time, but I actually NEVER win so many Stacks in one session.

enough whining lol, look at this pro play:

PokerStars Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.25)

Tisch 'Galt' 6-max Platz #5 ist der Dealer
Platz 1: dusdusdus ($52.45 in Chips)
Platz 3: Mr_Nutflush1 ($25.15 in Chips)
Platz 4: sbe42 ($19.10 in Chips)
Platz 5: Tender44 ($21.85 in Chips)
dusdusdus: setzt Small Blind: $0.10
Mr_Nutflush1: setzt Big Blind: $0.25
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Mr_Nutflush1 bekommt: [Jh Js]
sbe42: erhöht $0.75 auf $1
Tender44: geht mit $1
dusdusdus: passt
Mr_Nutflush1: erhöht $3.25 auf $4.25
Ladeck setzt sich auf Platz #2 an den Tisch
sbe42: passt
Tender44: geht mit $3.25
*** FLOP *** [4s 6d Jc]
Mr_Nutflush1: setzt $4
Tender44: geht mit $4
*** TURN *** [4s 6d Jc] [Ks]
Mr_Nutflush1: setzt $9
Tender44: geht mit $9
*** RIVER *** [4s 6d Jc Ks] [Tc]
Mr_Nutflush1: setzt $7.90 und ist All-in
Tender44: geht mit $4.60 und ist All-in
Der nicht gecallte Einsatz ($3.30) ging zurück an Mr_Nutflush1
*** SHOWDOWN ***
Mr_Nutflush1: zeigt [Jh Js] (Drilling, Buben)
Tender44: zeigt [Ah Qs] (Straight, Zehn bis As)
Tender44 gewinnt $42.80 aus dem Pot
*** ZUSAMMENFASSUNG ***
Pot gesamt: $44.80 | Rake: $2
Board: [4s 6d Jc Ks Tc]

I AM saying "cooler", reload and move on (the Donk instant left the table of course), but it's mentally hard to deal with it. I hear stories of people grinding to the higher stakes in no time with the work they invest in their game (I do nothing else in my free time than reading all the Sklansky books and others, watching vidz and playing at leats 15-20k hands per month), I see the edge you can easily have in micro Limits (which I definitly have), and still I get crushed all day long.

I think I'll keep posting my Tilt-Hands here, enjoy it.
