When I'm alert i can 4 table pretty effectively. Mainly because i don't do anything fancy at these limits. Also, i cant go more than an hour like this, or my head just starts to hurt. Most of my sessions are around 50 minutes. They might not have any .02/.04 tables actually. But we will see, i actually am making a pretty good profit at these limits despite what i previouslly thought. Started with: 39.16$ Ended with: 45.65$ Had another session. I won 260 bb in one hand with TT and i hit my set, and got it in against a flush draw ^^. If I didn't get sucked out a couple all-in's, i'd be up to 50, but 45 is still nice. I'm going on a camping trip tomorrow, so no poker until sunday night. Good night all |

Hmm, after hovering between 38-47 dolllars for hte past couple days, i finally had a good session. Basically, i won every hand where i was ahead after the flop. There was one hand tonight where i had J8s in the big blind, and the guy in the small blind had QQ. he limps and i check. The flop comes J85. He checks, i bet, he calls. Turn comes T. He checks, i bet, and he calls again. River comes 2. He checks, i bet, and he calls again. I win a big pot with 2pair, and he spams the chat log saying how bad my play was. Saying how its a bad beat and that he should have won with QQ. Started: $45.65 Ended: $52.86 Hmm, i don't know when i should move up to 2c/5c limits. I don't think play here would be very different compared to 1c/2c. How big should my roll be, before i attempt these stakes? I will be short stacking, if that makes any difference. Good luck everyone |

| Why do you want to be shortstacking? That is about the highest variance of NL poker that you can have and with a small bankroll, I would want to lower the variance as much as possible. As far as the competition goes, 2c/5c is no different than 1c/2c and I would wait until your bankroll hit at least $100 and play full stacked.

Hi. I would say. If you feel comfortable at this level, and don't tilt too much on donks you can. Just my advice - when you look for a table 0.02/0.05 look for VPIP around 50-57(most fish there) and also to reduce risk find players with stacks under $5.

Started with: 52.86$ Ended with: 59.05 $ Played a couple sessions today. Overall i did pretty well. Lost with AA to KK when we got it in preflop. Lost a set over set today. Won probably about 40% of races today. The last hand in the session was pretty gross. 4 ppl to the flop. Flop comes 28A all clubs. i had a Qc7c. i bet very strong and all calls. next card is a 4 of spades. I bet strong once again and 2 people call, one fold. River comes J of clubs. I push the rest of my stack (not much left), and the other people show up with Kc7d and Ad2d. So sad :[. If i won this hand i would be at 65$, but oh well. Thanks all. |

NH my friend. The other point why you should move in limits, Sure your bankroll is still under 20BI for 0.02/0.05. But at this micro-micro stakes the other factor plays big factor. Players are calling you really light, right? So most of the time you need to have reeeeeally good hand Cause when they call you light they can get 2p, s8 or even flush So time and time to catch good hand, and blind steals almost never work at 0.05 just try to avoid aggros at your left, if in your right great, take his money it's your ATM for example if you play on PS, here's one guy to look up at this limit "joe dca". Clueless donk who buys for $2 and goes all in on everyhand he is reraised. At one session I played with him he lost like $20 within 10 min. Had to leave though |

Anyway, first time I've looked at this thread. Keep on building that roll ShoveOrFold, looks like you're doing pretty well so far. |
