Default Question for Trikkur

In the vid where you comment on Given1982 he raises 22 in position, gets called by the SB & the SB donk leads on a Kxx flop. Given1982 folds & you comment about how you raise that sign of weakness everytime. I've heard you make this comment before & have seen you do it in videos, but I'm wondering how it is a sign of weakness... i haven't experimented with this very often... Is it just a situation/feel for the player type of thing?

When a player flops a good hand, they almost always check/raise against the preflop raiser. When someone leads out, it's normally "trying to see where they are at" in the hand or just a donkey betting out because he doesn't know what else to do. A raise works here >50% of the time.

if he calls the reraise, do you double barrel on a blank turn?

I'm not trikkur, but I do raise donk bets quite often. Most of the time I'm done with the hand if I have no showdown value and they called my raise. If the turn is something good to barrel I will, but most of the time it's going to either hit their range or be a brick so it's just time to shut it down. If you size your bets well you should make a profit doing this.

this is also why when I flop a good hand and am OOP I will lead at the pot sometimes because people don't always give you credit and will try and raise you off the hand. Thats always nice

If they call the flop raise and check the turn, it really comes down to board texture, my hand, etc to know if I'm going to fire again. It's hard to give a blanket statement for that situation. I'd probably give up most of the time though.
