I screwed up the filters: today started at about 3050 hands....

Huge confidence/cash booster

Yesterday I was ready to give up online poker completely - started getting those fishy thoughts

"getting called by THAT?"
"I'll just bluff this one"
"I have an ACE!!!"
"I'm better than this guy, I'll outplay him postflop"
"He can't call that with TPTK"

It probably hurt my online micros game that my regular homegame is full of midstakes live cash players that actually play a solid game.

So before bed last night i watched 3 or so of the vids here, and decided to give it one more shot

my day after watching the leak plugging video is shown in the attached pic

I actually got the confidence to stop plugging the supermicros and take some shots at 25nl, and I didn't spew

It is a myth that moving up will make you better automatically. The micro games online are much harder than 1/2 or 2/5 live.

I know this. My home game crew usually played 10/20 live.

They pay more attention than your average microstakes player and tend not to make the patently dumb plays you see in the micros (limping utg with A2o, for instance)

Regardless, I'm still grateful for the huge confidence boost I got from the videos, and look forward to 200nl by August
