RedStarPoker rakeback?

Hi,

I signed up at Red Star Poker yesterday for rakeback and bonus. Today I checked my rakeback and it showes a negative MGR and rakeback??
I am aware that bonus clearing will reduce rakeback as it is subtracted from your MGR but I havent cleared nothing yet and I have negative rakeback. How is this possible and is the tracker following me correctly?

Do you see any deposit fees? Redstar recently deducts deposit fees from the MRG.

yeah i looked at my Players Only rakeback for march and it says $40 worth of deductions for deposit fees, what is this?

Where can I check this? And what is a deposit fee? You have to pay to deposit at a certain site? : this seems ridiculous. They should give you money to play at Red Star as their software alone is already tilting me.

I deposited 600$, played 2 days (50nl, 20nl and some 10nl) and my rakeback is negative lol. Some weird stuff going on.

Normally there are certain deposit fees for CCs and ewallets. It's pretty common in the poker industry anymore, which is pretty ridiculous. I can request that Red Star looks into it and sees what it is.

I really believe they somehow calculated in a deposit fee which is ridiculous. I dont know how they calculate it but it isnt really costumer friendly. The wierd thing is that this didnt happen to me at Cake Poker.

I think Redstar still calculates rakeback weekly (week is from Wed to Tue) and puts money into account every Thursday or Friday
