FTP play money -> RB (+other questions!)

Hi guys, you might have seen the microstakes post that's prompted this... I have a few questions:

- I think I once signed up for an account at Full Tilt, but I'm 100% sure I never deposited. I probably played playmoney there about once, about 3 years ago. Is it possible for me to get rakeback?

- I'm living in the UK so my bank accts are in GBP. Is netteller a fine choice for cashing out of stars and into FTP?

- Does it matter for the purposes of rakeback which teller I'm using?

- Is netteller an efficient way of making deposits/withdrawals in general from a foreign currency? I didn't understand their withdrawal fees schedule here: Withdrawals - it doesn't specify what the numbers mean.. does it mean there's a flat £5 fee for bank transfers of any amount?

- Would stars let me withdraw to a netteller acct even though I deposited from my credit card?
