Absolute 200% Bonus removed without any notifaction!

I just logged into my absolute account (I hadn't been on it for a while) and found out that my (first time) 200% bonus had totally gone (the unlockable) what bullshit... Apparently they have something about it expiring after 60 days.. but I wasn't even notified... wtf?

I just talked to one of their live chat staff and they just redirected me to this "Absolute Poker reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion." =\

needless to say I'm withdrawing

Just about every site's deposit bonuses expire in 30-90 days.

When I had talked their their staff through live chat they told me my bonus would last forever, no exceptions.

Support staff never know anything. If you look on AP's website where they promote the deposit bonus, they make it pretty clear that it expires in 60 days.

while I have other reasons for not playing on the site, this one is pretty clearly not their fault. It is quite clear on their website that the bonus lasts for 60 days.

In the future, please research the site you are thinking about depositing to to make sure you understand all the nuances of rake, bonus', cashouts etc. Many people tend not to do proper homework before depositing and find themselves stuck with something they thought was different.

I don't understand what you mean when you say your bonus disappeared ... did you clear the bonus and then they took your bonus money away from you?

Or were you not done clearing the bonus and weren't able to complete it because your time to do so had run out?

Most sites only give you 30-90 days to clear the bonus, at least that's what I have found.

Also side question - how does Absolute payout - do they send checks directly to you?

Well during the time of the deposit I checked to see how long I had to unlock the bonus so I asked the live-chat staff and they said my time was unlimited... They even have chat logs of this but they still refuse to do anything about it. I mean whats the point of reading all that stuff, if their staff - who represent the company, tell me its going to last forever?
