Full Tilt and rakeback through Trikz

Hey everyone.

I want to deposit on Full Tilt and clear the 100% first time deposit bonus. I have had a screen name at Full Tilt for at least two years but I have never deposited real money. In order to sign up for rakeback through Pokertrikz do I have to make a whole new screen name or can I do it through the name I already have?

Also, does Full Tilt mail out a check directly when you request a payout or do you have to go through one of those middle party net pay systems?
