Default Fulltilt (rake back warning)

Thought you might get a chuckle out of this one. I e-mailed fulltilt inquiring about the amount of tables a user could possibly multi table. I could only open and play at eight tables and had wanted to expand to ten.I received a reply unrelated to my initial inquiry informing me I had multiple accounts, one of which I had opened many years ago to try their software for a very brief time and had forgotten about. Fast forward to present day and I've been playing on full tilt since January of this year, almost a regular daily player. The attraction to the site was the rakeback received through pokertrikz (I was a regular P-stars player). I've played over 160,000 hands and had accumulated roughly 45,000 points. The e-mail received from Fulltilt stated my account has been closed but my primary account (the old one and never used) has been left open should I decide to continue playing. Of course I could not log into the account, the e-mail used to create this account years ago no longer exists and my internet service provider has changed. I spent an hour guessing at the password and managed to figure it out logging into the old account. My account had been cleaned out, I have a balance of zero. All my accumulated points have been wiped out and I'm sure my rakeback will not be paid due to the closure of my main account. I've e-mailed support demanding my regular account be restored and the dormant account be closed, I've also inquired about my funds and points but have yet to receive a reply. So frustrating.... Thought I'd share the experience with you, I'm not sure if any of you have experienced similar issues.

Regards,

Craig

FTP is not freezing funds for having multiple accounts, they are just either removing the older account (if you've never deposited to it) or moving all your new account moneys to your old account and disabling the new account.

If you can't access your old account anymore, just contact their support. Their support is ridiculously slow though, just wait for few days...

Just ask them to keep your current account as primary and close the old one, should be no problems with that. It can take 1-1.5 days for their support to answer your email though...

Upd: they can start asking you to prove your identity/address as well
