FT again negative RB

For the date of 9 September I got negative rakeback at Full Tilt? I didnt spent any full tilt points so I have no idea how this is possible?
And I did play quite alot on that day.

Anyone else sees the same?

You're talking about your rakeback section on pokertrikz? I've had the same a couple of months ago. But I didn't spend any time investigating that. Would be nice how that can happen...

Hi Steven,

Full Tilt has had serious reporting issues this month. They reported the 7th twice as the 8th and corrected it after we imported it.

So apparently Full Tilt is screwing up and now trying to fix it. But the guy from support checked it and everythings seems okay.

email them again and tell them that rakeback should never be negative for one day. Also, as Zaphod said, let them know if you were clearing any bonuses becuase that might be part of the problem.

It's negative because the previous days rake was more than what it should have been from what I can tell from his response.
