Default PlayersOnly HUGE depoit bonus?

I received and email from PlayersOnly after I downloaded it and signed up, and it offered this bonus:

"America’s Largest Poker Sign-up Bonus

On your first deposit you'll receive a huge 200% Bonus*, up to $2,000.00, by entering the code AMERICA200 in the Poker Room. Click here for step-by-step instructions to claim your bonus."

I have about $1000 right now, and I did some research to figure out how difficult it would be to clear the bonus. Apparently I have to earn 166 points to get $10 bonus cleared. I also read that "Points are awarded in all real money games at a rate of 1 point for every dollar in rake taken and 7 points for every dollar paid in tournament fees." So if I deposited $2000, in order to clear the apparent $4,000 bonus, wouldn't I have to get 66,400 FPP? That seems ridiculously impossible to me..

Also, when I clicked the link for those 'step-by-step' instructions, it didn't take me to a working url.

Erm, even if you didn't clear the whole bonus, that is still something like 43% rakeback on tournements since as it gets released in $10 increments. I'm not sure how to work it out with the cash games, but its probably roughly the same.

So its worth it, even if you don't think you can ever clear it fully, for the 43% rakebcak until it is cleared.

So turns out the maximum deposit from debit or credit card is $1000. I deposited $1000 and used the code, but for whatever reason my pending bonus to be cleared is $200, not $2000. This is crap because they usually offer 110% up to $650, or up to $1000 through affiliates. I used the code I received in an email from PlayersOnly themselves and I get screwed on my deposit bonus. Plus, for some reason in my VIP section it says I'm only getting 1/2 the normal FPP for both ring games and tournaments. I emailed support but so far they are slow to respond.. Anyone have anything similar to this happen to them?

Cake skins reduce your fpp's earned by 1/2 when you have rakeback, so you only earn .5fpp per $1 raked on these skins. The bonus is very slow to clear at low limits, I've played about 18k hands of 20NL and have released only $40 of bonus so far. I am about to move to 50NL so hopefully it speeds up. I was hoping to clear 75% of the bonus but I don't see that happening. I figure I will clear probably 50-60% at most.

Default PlayersOnly ripping me off?

So when I deposited $1000 w/ the AMERICA200 code which was supposed to give me a 200% bonus, it gave me a 20% bonus.

I've earned about 200 FPP so far, which should mean that I've contributed either $400 (rakeback account rules) or $200 (normal account rules) to the rake. Yet it says I've only contributed 56.75 to the rake, and 3.50 to tournament entry fees.

So if on a normal account, you get 1 FPP for every dollar contributed to the rake, and half that on a rake account. Why is it saying the 200 fpp I've earned has only contributed 56.75 to the rake, earning me about $20 rakeback?

not to mention that I emailed their customer support twice, 4 days ago, and have yet to recieve a response. Cake responds same day, and probably gets exponentially more emails.. Does playersonly suck?
