Hi, I've recently signed up for Full tilt poker and I used "POKERTRIZ" referral code. I'm not sure how to get the rake back working. I followed the 3 steps and then clicked "sign up", and I get the following error:

Error: Your tracker is missing or we were unable to create it. There could be a number of reasons for this, such as it already exists in our database. Please contact support if you need help.

Please help me.

Hi alex, please visit this link to open a support ticket. Make sure you tell them what your Full Tilt username is and the error your are receiving.

Sorry to bother you again. I followed your instructions. I was just curious how long the process takes. It has been on the ticket status: "Waiting on Poker Room" for about 2 days now.

Full Tilt is normally pretty fast at getting back to use and telling us what the issue is. I don't think they have their support staff working for us on the weekends though, so this should be cleared up by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
