So I just finished up a session with Steve and I finally understand the personal advice. I was far against coaching till up to the other day. I have had a rough big downswing and needed it. He really notices your common actions and helped explain where you are failing. I never thought of my self of playing as weak as I did pre or post. Concepts that I thought I understood (cbetting) I learned about and more about pot control. This was only one hour of lessons and was a very good investment.

Can you tell abit more of how the coaching actually went? I mean:
pockertracker review, he watching you play and give comments, what kind of software used to watch you play,...

He offered to do a PT review but I hate doing it through cake so I declined. He used Teamviewer to watch my screen and skype to communicate.

How many tables did you play, what limits? I'm interested in this coaching but sometimes i'm playing 1 hour and I'm just folding every hand because its either crap or i'm totally OOP and if this happens it seems kinda a waste of the coaching.

You can play anywhere from 1-4 tables at any limit up to 400nl. I encourge people prior to our session to come with questions or HH in case there is down time but we usually dont have a problem, there are times of folding alot but we talk theoretical hands in the same positions and how to address them with certain board textures.
