Default Bottom Set on mediocre board 225bb eff stacks

This hand came up during my session yesterday and wondering about when we should think about dumping bottom set. Villain is a solid regular that I have a few thousand hands on and he is playing 22/17/2.2. He will lead out with sets and strong draws on a flop and generally does not slow play. I respect his game and he does mine as well. 100bb deep I don't even think twice about stacking off with a set but how deep do we need to be to start thinking about dropping it? When he 4bets this flop, I'm wondering about the potential set/set situation. Not posting results of what I did here as I want to get some feedback on this as I'm not used to playing this deep.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($101.50)
UTG ($264.85)
MP ($114.55)
CO ($223.35)
Hero (Button) ($300.40)
SB ($150.55)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3, 3
UTG bets $3, 1 fold, CO calls $3, Hero calls $3, 2 folds

Flop: ($10.50) 4, 3, 9 (3 players)
UTG checks, CO bets $7, Hero raises to $22, 1 fold, CO raises to $77, Hero????

Basically, it comes down to whether villain will stack off with gutshot + FD and overs + FD hands this deep:

Board: 4s 3c 9c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 19.116% 19.12% 00.00% 1514 0.00 { 3d3s }
Hand 1: 80.884% 80.88% 00.00% 6406 0.00 { 99, 44, 6c5c, 5c4c }

Board: 4s 3c 9c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 49.697% 49.70% 00.00% 9348 0.00 { 3d3s }
Hand 1: 50.303% 50.30% 00.00% 9462 0.00 { 99, 44, AcQc, AcJc, AcTc, Ac5c, Ac2c, KcQc, KcJc, QcJc, QcTc, JcTc, 7c6c, 6c5c, 5c4c }

On these kinds of boards with bottom set I usually just call and try to stack him on good turns. I find that getting it in on a flop is going to be really really marginal (only a couple hands in his range that you have crushed, but lots that have 35%+ equity and definitely oversets).

Even though you're deep the SPR will be pretty good for getting him to stack off with his combo-draws and 2pr hands (though you still get owned by oversets obv).

Being in position is the only reason I don't just get it in... oop I 3bet almost always.
