Default 200nl- Extracting value

Couple of notes: Button steals a lot (44) and only folds to 3bets 56% and flats cbets 67%. I'd like comments on betsizing preflop and on the flop. On the turn, what should my action be???? When he calls the flop cbet, he has a 0% fold to turn bet (only twice) and once he shoved over me when I double barrelled a flushdraw and had to fold.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (BB) ($225.10)
UTG ($278.85)
MP ($197)
CO ($39)
Button ($304.35)
SB ($215.25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K
3 folds, Button bets $6, SB calls $5, Hero raises to $30, Button calls $24, 1 fold

Flop: ($66) 6, K, Q (2 players)
Hero bets $45, Button calls $45

Turn: ($156) A (2 players)

Hero?

I think, bet sizing is fine.
Just bet on the turn. It's not a good situation for him to bluff and he might think, that we are double barreling and shove a flushdraw - or he might have an A and can't fold it...
Betsizing is dependent on your style.

Shove the turn. Bet a little more on the flop so that the turn shove isn't so close to pot-size.
