Edit: It didn't come out right, but i had 88. I am CO.

Without any further reads on his PF raising range, id just call here & reevaluate turn IP.

Does he cbet? If he cbets you can raise here and probably take it down, but I wouldn't raise a full 3x because of his stack size. Or under the same assumption he cbets, you can call and take it away on the turn if he checks, and if he doesn't check, maybe you got improvement on the turn.

He only bet about half pot on flop, looks kinda like a weak steal attempt a lot of the time. Maybe he is smart enough to know that callers pre flop tend to fold when they miss, but I'm speaking from 20NL experience and watching training vids here, I've never played this limit. I'd hate to let him catch up if I was in the lead already. I might raise about 2.5x Calling has tended to NOT work out in my favor.
