Default 100nl flop set on dry board after button open

SB has a fold to steal of 80 and BB fold to steal is 50. SB is playing an overall 25/13/2 over 225 hands and has a 71 fold to cb. BB is playing an overall 39/12/15 over 58 hands with an 83% fold to cb. When BB leads out on this flop, I put him on either a 9 or an overpair of some sort. I don't believe he would lead out with a set. I decide to flat his donk to try and entice sb to come along. Thoughts on this hand overall please.

Standard stackoff imo.

If he can have 99, why can't he have 22?

Just food for thought.

Also, opponents are very likely to check back top set on that kind of board.

Urban, I'm never even thinking about folding here. My question was primarily the flat of the donkbet to entice SB to come along.

I think this is fine. Raising the flop is good too. SB isn't going to come along very often either way, and raising the flop can make it easier to get it in with BB when he has TT or JJ and the turn comes like it did.

Both scenarios (SB tagging along and BB having TT-JJ) are relatively unlikely, so I don't have a strong preference.

I think it's fine. I agree with Given.

If he is likely to bet pot on the river as well, I might just slowplay the turn and ship the river.
But like everything is fine here - as long as you try to get your whole stack in.

Thanks all. Obviously we got all the money in on the turn here. Unfortunately his 92o rivered a 9 on me and shipped him the pot
