I would share any relevant reads or stats I had on villains, leave out results, make a much bigger 3bet preflop (350-400), and shove the flop.

There's 4bb PFR and one caller and Hero decides to 3bet to... 10bb??? Does he really want to bust out from the tournament that badly?

I would 3bet to 17-20bb here, and shove the flop, assuming the pot would be >1k.

sigh.. why do people do this? just raise it to ~400 and then your decisions are a lot easier. When you raise so small, it is ALWAYS going to be multiway, a)your hand is face up as JJ-AA, so implied odds are huge b) pot odds are reasonable too.
