Cardspike login error

So I signed up for Cardspike through pokertrikz a couple of days ago but when I wanted to deposit didn't see a moneybookers option. Was in a bit of a hurry so just thought I missed it and closed the software till next time. But now when I try to login I get "Error code 212" and that's it. I was able to login just fine a few days ago. Anyone else have this problem?

I have not had any problems with logging in but I do have a problem with the deposit code. I went to make my first deposit and I tried to use the deposit code that is in the rakeback section but it says the code is invaild. Any ideas?

Make sure you are logging in with your account not your poker nickname. The account will be the one you created on the cardspike home page, not within the poker software.

As per the Deposit Bonus Code, after you make your first deposit, click rewards - > bonus, then type in CSRAKE.

I've had this problem. What you have done is tried logging in to your account using the wrong information. After logging in multiple times with this wrong information, cardspike enforces an automated security system that deactivates your account until you either contact them through email for reactivation or by their live onsite staff via their website chat client.

Sent them an email and in about 24 hours got it fixed. Didn't tell me why was my account locked. In the reply they said something random about rakeback. Well I'm just glad it's fixed.
