Converting HH's from Aced to the replayer or hell anywhere =S

Hey guys, names Rob and been coming here for about a 2 months now.... reading everything nd think ive seen the vids at least 3 times each so first just a huge thanks and man.....no life story here but been playin for sometime and been break even or up here and there but since using some of your guys' ideas, ive went up 5x to what i bought in for so big thanks!!!

Anyways i wanna start contributing to the community some more cuz i dont see alot of people doin that, but..... i use aced poker *suggestion from u here* and freekin luv it

So heres the problem... the HH's all get saved at .xml docs and i cant figure out how to convert them to post in the forums. Went to the poker software and pulled the HH's up there but get this... NO TEXT (( so idk how i can do this but thought maybe you guys have already figured it out.... so either pm me or get me on yahoo or something please!
