HH Player: Playback no longer works

Hi,

since a couple of weeks the HH Player doesn't work anymore. I dont' see anything happen. I cannot select Hands, the drop down menue is empty. I use IE8...are there any known problems?
I set the security settings to low for this site...nothing changed.
In the bottom left corner I see a warning: "object needed".

That's all.

Any ideas? I tried Firefox portable...same thing.

I'm not the programmer on the HH replayer. It's a subscription based program and I have to upload the files when they get sent out.

I'm still finishing the moving process and I should have my desk in the coming week. I'll talk to them if the HH replayer still hasn't been updated or isn't working.
