My Rakeback Problem

Ive been checking the My Rakeback section since Tuesday (10/13) and my rakeback hasnt been showing up. I haven't played on my Full Tilt account in over a month but I remember that it only took a couple of days to update my rakeback amounts. Is my rakeback not being tracked or does it just take more than 5 days to start tracking sometimes?

This sounds like a stats import problem for PokerTrikz. I'll look into it, but you will still be paid by Full Tilt for your rakeback every week.

I figured it was because I cashed out a bunch of FT points last week. I didnt get squat in RB last week or even negative stat (Friday normally) Your stats tool shows the last rackback stat on October 10th and nothing since. I play FT nearly every day. Usually I dont worry about it, but it's now nearly 2 weeks.

Can you check into it?

Have same problem on cake after 10/10 is not updated, which is kind of pitty because I dont get any money from rake race it is probably only 50 or 75 USD, but still nice free money..

Ok, everyone is actually still being tracked, but our stats importer is messed up.

I've not been able to get in contact with Joe, the programmer that did PokerTrikz to get it fixed.

I've been trying to set up rakeback.pokertrikz.com again, but there is a current issue with signing in because of the 2 different accounts.

I've got to give Joe a few more days to e-mail be back, before I try to find another programmer to get it all fixed. The problem is most of PokerTrikz is custom and it's going to be hard to find someone else.

I'll keep everyone updated on the situation, but with 100% guarantee everyone is still being tracked and paid like they should.
