rakeback not being tracked

My rakeback and stats are not being tracked for "players only" as far as i can tell. How do i know if i am getting my rakeback? is there somewhere on the PO site i can look?

Players Only handles all their payments and tracking through their own software. Your rakeback is being paid every week directly into your account to play with or withdraw as you wish. Their is a link in the poker software that will show you your rake stats, but I've not done it in about a year so I don't recall which link it is. If you can't find it after looking around for a bit, reply back and I'll hit up someone to get the details for you.

I just had this conversation with PO support when i asked them where i could find my rakeback stats.

bryce: one sec i'm not seeing the vip status
