After i posted about not seeing my rakeback on PO the other day i went and had this conversation with a PO support rep.

I haven't been able to post this becasue it seems pokertrikz.com has been down for a couple days.

I just had this conversation with PO support when i asked them where i could find my rakeback stats.

bryce: one sec i'm not seeing the vip status

Rodney Gallagher: You are not receiving rake back.

Rodney Gallagher: With which affiliate did you signed?

bryce: yes

bryce: im sure i entered the code

bryce: I've also contacted pokertrikz.com, they say it should be working

Peter Campbell: Unfortunately the issue is still being reviewed, the investigations department is trying to contact the other vendors department in order for us to deposit the money into the account as soon as possible.

bryce: ok so if this gets cleared up and its determined i should have rakeback. Will i get backpay on the 10k hands or so i've played since i signed up?

Peter Campbell: Yes as soon as this is cleared up you will have rake on your account.

bryce: yes. but does that mean just in the future? or will i get the rakeback from the hands i've already played as well?

Peter Campbell: I'm pretty sure that is both ways.

bryce: the investigations department is trying to contact the other vendors department

bryce: does that mean

bryce: that you are trying to contact the site i signed up for rake back with?

Peter Campbell: Correct, we need to confirm that information in order for us to deposit rakeback.

bryce: ok, thanks a lot for your help

Hey. I didn't have anyone from Players Only contact me, so I sent a message to my Affiliate Manger there and I'm awaiting his reply.

I can't be certain what went wrong with your sign up, but since you even used my bonus code; I would think you would be tracked to PokerTrikz. Hopefully their staff can figure out the issue so it doesn't happen to anyone else and moves your account over to rakeback.

I'll let you know when I hear anything else.

Ok, just spoke to Stephen. He checked your account and you signed up just fine. You registered on the 25th, so the rakeback hasn't been paid for that week until 3 days from now. That's when payment will go out and you will get all your rakeback for this last week of play.

Seems like their customer service person wasn't 100% sure what was going on with the rakeback situation, but fear not - all is well

Great. thanks for the quick help. I kind of suspected that something like that was going on. But when the support guy said i didn't have rakeback it got me a little worried.

I'll see you on the boards as i'm trying to revive my online poker career(been only live games for the last 3 years). Your videos have been a big help so far.
