Calling 3bet w/AK is bad IM0, because villain seems to be somewhat tight and if he is cbeting you really cant bluff raise without A hit... The AA hand you flopped set against min stack, I think the best line is raise the flop just enough that villain doesnt ger odds to draw, but not like pot or something, because of the read you had. Playing the NUTs that way youre giving him too good odds to chase your monster.. KJ 3bet agains Unknown, opening UTG is pretty bad IMO. I think it is just clear fold. and the cbet in the same pot is debatable because 98x hits his 3bet calling range pretty hard ( call 3bet range IMO 88-QQ AQ, maybe AK) and against that range the cbet is not working too well..
