Default VIDEO DISCUSSION: cryptcougar 11 - "Improved" Play at 10NL

**THIS THREAD IS FOR DISCUSSION OF cryptcougar 11 - "Improved" Play at 10NL**

In this video I play on Two Bit Poker (which is a skin on the Cake network). I play 6 tables of 10 NL and a 5R tourney. I try to use tricks and techniques I have learned from the site (from Trikkur and loltrickedu and everyone else) which I think have improved my game thus far. I also try to provide logical rationale behind hands and the reason why I played certain hands as such.

Nice vid sir!

have not much to comment, like it in general.

The KT hand on 77Kx9 board... I don't know if I like your river fold, I understand the reasoning. I think sometimes you are good here, not sure do you have enough pot odds to call halfpot bet.

And yeah, don't get what you think about playing small SCs in 3bet pots, especially OOP. Both times you had OK flops, and folded. 3way openender to a halfpot cbet - you have teh odds imo. If you plan to go with only hitting huge combodraw or 2 pair+ then I think you should have folded pre... Personally, I don't have much experience playing in such spots cause of I'm folding 99% of the time.

66 hitting a set - I think you should go with your initial decision to check-raise. You've seen the guy doing crazy things even with air. Check-call then donking will rarely give you more money (maybe this time it did), yet it is clear this line won't give you his stack without overshoving the river

One more - actually, they do limp-reraising with different hands. I've seen KJ or worse several times, AK/AQ several times, JJ/QQ quite often. I think the more people are in the pot the wider will be the limp-reraiser's range. It also seems to depend on villain's maniacality, yet I've seen quiet passive fish done this as a total bluff.

3bet pot with AQ OOP hitting RR-nutflush: if you feel fine to go with it on the turn maybe it is better to overshove? I'm not sure, would be nice to see some thoughts... And I think you have to bet that river, otherwise he will check behind like always.

Towards the end, 56spades: when he snap-called your cbet imo he's on smaller PP most often, and very rarely on Q trying to induce bluffs from you, Ax are definitely in his range as well. So the K is a good barrel card here. It doesn't results-oriented, I was surprized when I saw a check from you instead of barreling I think you can be 100% sure that he is on Q if he snap-minraises your cbet FWIW

AQ at the very end: imo the halfpot bet is slightly better than a shove on the turn. You will look like either scared of that Q or possibly trying to push him off his T with air (or milking him obv). When shoving, it looks like either you are completely bluffing or hit that Q or have QQ+. I mean, in second case your range looks much stronger.

That's it, I think I could put some more (questionable) comments but I will just wish you GL and moving up the limits soon

oh the tourney.
I ended up not getting much in the late stages.
When the bubble broke, I shoved the button with A 10 and got snapped off by the Small blind with AQ.

I think I got slightly more then a min-cash so made like 7$ or something...
